Role Summary
We are hiring an Executive Chef – Italian Kitchen to lead the Italian fine dining section of the project. The chef will handle pre-opening responsibilities (menu design, kitchen planning, training) and post-opening execution, delivering authentic and premium Italian cuisine.
Key Responsibilities
Develop menus highlighting authentic Italian fine dining.
Oversee pre-opening kitchen planning and sourcing.
Recruit and train culinary staff.
Manage daily operations, ensuring top food quality.
Be actively present during service, approving final plates.
Control food cost, portioning, and wastage.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements
10+ years in Italian fine dining, 5+ as Head/Executive Chef.
Michelin-starred or internationally recognized Italian restaurant background preferred.
Italian nationals strongly preferred.
GCC experience desirable.
Culinary degree/diploma.
Leadership and multicultural team management skills.
English required; Arabic an advantage.
Package
Salary: SAR 23,000 – 27,000 net/month
Housing & transport included in salary.
Work visa + health insurance provided.
30 days paid leave + 1 annual return flight.
1-year renewable contract (single status).
