Contract Type: 1-year renewable

Role Summary

We are seeking an Executive Chef – Indian Kitchen to create and lead an authentic Indian fine dining section. The chef will be responsible for pre-opening planning (kitchen layout, menu design, training) and day-to-day operations post-opening.

Key Responsibilities

Lead menu development with authentic and modern Indian cuisine.

Oversee kitchen design, equipment, and supplier sourcing.

Hire and train kitchen staff.

Ensure daily operational excellence and consistency.

Manage food cost, portion control, and wastage.

Stay actively involved during service with final dish checks.

 

Experience Requirements:

Requirements

10+ years in Indian fine dining, 5+ as Head/Executive Chef.

Michelin-starred or premium Indian establishment experience preferred.

Indian nationals strongly preferred.

GCC experience preferred.

Culinary degree/diploma.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

English required; Arabic an advantage.

Package

Salary: SAR 16,000 – 21,000 net/month

Housing & transport included in salary.

Work visa + health insurance provided.

30 days paid leave + 1 annual return flight.

1-year renewable contract (single status).
