Contract Type: 1-year renewable

Role Summary

Looking for a Executive Chef – Turkish Kitchen to develop and lead a premium Turkish fine dining experience. This includes pre-opening work (kitchen design, menu creation, staff setup) and operational leadership post-opening.

Key Responsibilities

Create menus showcasing authentic Turkish cuisine.

Oversee kitchen planning and equipment.

Recruit, train, and manage staff.

Lead day-to-day operations, maintaining highest standards.

Ensure HACCP compliance and cost control.

Remain active during service for final dish approval.

 

Experience Requirements:

Requirements

10+ years in Turkish fine dining, 5+ as Head/Executive Chef.

Michelin-starred or premium Turkish restaurant background strongly preferred.

Turkish nationals strongly preferred.

GCC experience preferred.

Culinary degree/diploma.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

English required; Arabic an advantage.

Package

Salary: SAR 18,000 – 23,000 net/month

Housing & transport included in salary.

Work visa + health insurance provided.

30 days paid leave + 1 annual return flight.

1-year renewable contract (single status).
