Role Summary
Hiring an experienced Executive Chef – Lebanese Kitchen to design, launch, and lead the Lebanese fine dining section. Responsible for menu creation, pre-opening planning, and post-opening operations, delivering authentic Lebanese fine dining experiences with innovation and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Lead menu development focused on authentic Lebanese cuisine.
Manage kitchen setup and supplier sourcing.
Hire, train, and manage staff.
Oversee daily operations, food quality, and consistency.
Be active during service for plate checks.
Monitor food cost, portioning, and wastage.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements
10+ years in Lebanese fine dining, 5+ as Head/Executive Chef.
Michelin-starred or premium Lebanese restaurant background preferred.
Lebanese nationals strongly preferred.
Prior GCC experience desirable.
Culinary degree/diploma.
Excellent leadership and team management.
English required; Arabic an advantage.
Package
Salary: SAR 15,000 – 20,000 net/month
Housing & transport included in salary.
Work visa + health insurance provided.
30 days paid leave + 1 annual return flight.
1-year renewable contract (single status).
