Contract Type: 1-year renewable

Role Summary

Seeking a passionate and creative Executive Chef – Seafood Kitchen to lead the seafood section of a flagship fine dining restaurant in Riyadh. The chef will handle pre-opening responsibilities (kitchen layout, menu development, staff training) and later drive post-opening operations, delivering authentic Saudi/GCC-style seafood with live displays and cook-to-order grilling, boiling, and frying.

Key Responsibilities

Develop authentic Saudi/GCC-style seafood menus (live display & cook-to-order).

Oversee kitchen design, equipment planning, and supplier selection.

Recruit, train, and manage kitchen staff.

Supervise daily operations, ensuring top-quality standards.

Stay active on the pass with final dish checks.

Control food costs and reduce wastage.

Ensure HACCP and food safety compliance.

 

Experience Requirements:

Requirements

10+ years in seafood restaurants, 5+ years as Executive/Head Chef.

Strong background in premium seafood establishments.

Arab/Egyptian chefs strongly preferred.

Prior GCC experience preferred.

Culinary degree/diploma.

Excellent leadership and multicultural team management.

English required; Arabic an advantage.

Package

Salary: SAR 18,000 – 23,000 net/month

Housing & transport included in salary.

Work visa + health insurance provided.

30 days paid leave + 1 annual return flight.

1-year renewable contract (single status).
