Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a polite and professional manner.

Handle customer complaints, provide effective solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical support, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery.

Stay updated on product offerings, service updates, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

 

Experience Requirements:

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in operations or customer service, preferably within the transportation or mobility sector.

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.

Ability to adapt, prioritize, and achieve targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with online marketplace platforms is an advantage.

A keen interest in the transportation/mobility industry is highly desirable.
