Job Summary
The Store Incharge will be responsible for overseeing and managing store operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards. The role requires strong experience in handling inventory of medical disposables and ensuring seamless store functionality.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain accurate records of medical disposable product inventory.
Stock Control: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and timely delivery.
Compliance: Ensure all storage and handling processes comply with healthcare regulations.
Reporting: Maintain reports and documentation related to stock movement and consumption.
Team Supervision: Lead and guide store staff to achieve operational efficiency.
Requirements
Experience: 10–15 years in inventory management or store operations, preferably in medical disposables.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of inventory management principles and healthcare storage standards.
Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
Industry Background: Prior experience in healthcare/medical disposables preferred.
