Job Title: Store cum Sales Manager
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Salary: Industry-standard salary + Sales incentive based on turnover
Requirements:
3 – 5 years of experience in retail sales, store management, inventory, or staff supervision.
Experience with premium brands in perfumes, personal care, cosmetics, clothing, or related products.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
Proficiency in PC and system operations.
Good knowledge of branded perfumes and retail sales techniques.
Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
Energetic, efficient, and target-driven.
Willingness to travel or stay short-term at other business locations in India as needed.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise overall store operations and sales performance.
Manage and motivate sales staff.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract target customers.
Plan and implement store promotions and digital marketing activities.
Maintain event calendars for store and social media campaigns.
Monitor and manage e-commerce platforms and social media pages (Instagram, Facebook) with timely promotions.
Assist in purchasing and stock management.
Provide regular reports to management.
