Job Title: Marketing cum Sales Promoter – Retail
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
Work Schedule: As per mall shift timings
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail marketing and promotions.
Age between 22 – 32 years.
Smart and pleasing personality with strong presentation and customer service skills.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Malayalam or other languages are an added advantage).
Prior experience in perfumes, fragrances, personal care, cosmetics, clothing, or related retail sectors preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma required.
Proficiency in PC and system skills.
Energetic, efficient, and target-oriented.

Attract new customers and improve store sales.
Create customer needs through product knowledge and enthusiasm.
Deliver excellent customer service and inspire confidence in products.
Distribute product samples and provide feedback to management.

Conduct sales calls and network with potential customers.
