Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with excellent networking and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong professional networks, driving business development, and executing marketing strategies to expand reach in the luxury interiors and premium audio-video solutions segment.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong networks with architects, interior designers, builders, and high-net-worth individuals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in home theaters, stereo systems, and smart automation solutions.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (both digital and offline) to generate qualified leads.
Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal discussions.
Foster long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Experience Requirements:
Requisites / Skills
Proven networking ability with strong interpersonal skills.
Exceptional communication skills – fluent and persuasive in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Confidence in dealing with HNIs and professionals from design/architecture industries.
Passion for premium lifestyle products and technology.
Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented.
1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (luxury, interiors, or AV industry background preferred).
Job Details
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: Starting from ₹35,000 per month (in-hand) + performance-linked incentives
Strong performers can earn up to ₹1,00,000 per month including incentives.
