Qualifications Required:

Graduate or Postgraduate degree

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience supporting senior management or executive-level professionals

Compensation:

Annual CTC: ₹50,000 – ₹65,000 per month (Higher may be considered for candidates with rich experience)

Preferred Candidate Location:

Dehradun or willing to relocate

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, and meeting priorities

Prepare and organize background materials and documents for meetings

Liaise with senior executives, community members, and stakeholders on behalf of the Director

Draft proposals, letters, reports, presentations, and maintain organized databases

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication related to the Director’s office

Ensure the timely flow of documents, track ongoing tasks, and prioritize time-sensitive activities

Coordinate travel, prepare itineraries, and ensure all relevant documentation is available for meetings and travel

Maintain a well-organized filing system for correspondence, reports, and official documents

Skills & Competencies Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Proven ability to work with senior leadership and executives

Strong organizational and time management skills

High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information

Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Professional demeanor with attention to detail
