Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will focus on selling luxury membership services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNI) and establishing strong corporate partnerships. The role demands a proactive sales approach to grow the business, manage client relationships, and drive revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow corporate and private client portfolios, especially targeting corporate partnerships.
Provide market feedback on competitor offerings and client needs to assist product development.
Own the sales function and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
Plan, coordinate, and implement strategic business development initiatives.
Build partnerships and alliances with like-minded luxury brands and corporate clients.
Independently generate leads and open new business opportunities.
Collaborate with senior leadership to design and optimize business processes.
Maintain and manage a robust client pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, telemarketing, and networking.
Track and analyze business development activities and performance metrics; propose improvements and new strategies.
Stay informed on luxury lifestyle market trends and competitive landscape.
Work effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
2–3 years of experience in corporate sales within Hospitality, Wealth Management, or Lifestyle services.
Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and business development goals.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to lead, motivate teams, and drive results.
Deep understanding of the sales process and ability to interpret HNI client needs through fact-finding.
