Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Corporate Lifestyle Manager to deliver a high-touch, personalized experience to corporate members. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, fulfill bespoke requests, and ensure service excellence at all stages of the membership journey. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in concierge services, luxury travel, or client relationship management, particularly for high-net-worth individuals.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and enhance the member’s overall experience, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Handle daily requests from members, which may include travel bookings, dining reservations, event access, and other lifestyle-related services.

Build and maintain strong personal relationships with each member, gaining deep insight into their preferences and lifestyle.

Conduct introductory and follow-up meetings with members to understand and anticipate their needs.

Update and maintain the CRM system with all member interactions and preferences.

Upsell and cross-sell preferred suppliers and internal services to add value and create memorable experiences.

Ensure all issues and complaints are resolved promptly and to the full satisfaction of the member.

Provide regular updates to members regarding ongoing requests, setting and meeting clear communication deadlines.

Collect and share member feedback to internal stakeholders for continuous service improvement.

Create and maintain detailed member profiles, grouping them by interests and preferences to enhance personalization.

Coordinate bookings, reservations, event hosting, and manage ticket allocations as per member requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

2–5 years of experience in a concierge, lifestyle management, or client service role.

Background in Personal Assistance, Customer Service, Guest Relations, Lifestyle/Account Management, or Luxury Travel & Leisure.

Strong experience in handling VIP clients, executives, and high-net-worth individuals.

Fluent English (both written and spoken) is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Knowledge of global travel destinations, luxury services, and experiences.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
