Job Description – Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Remote (Saudi Arabia) Industry: Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) Position Overview We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales team by building a qualified sales pipeline across cybersecurity services and vendor solutions. The role is remote, requiring strong knowledge of the Saudi cybersecurity market, local distributors, and vendor ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Prospect and identify potential clients in government, finance, telecom, energy, and enterprise sectors.Execute outbound sales campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events).Qualify inbound and outbound leads and hand over qualified opportunities to Account Executives.Maintain accurate CRM records (Zoho CRM).Collaborate with Account Executives on account strategy and territory planning.Stay up to date with Saudi regulations (CST, NCA ECC, SAMA, PDPL) to align client discussions.Develop and maintain knowledge of leading cybersecurity vendors (Qualys, Tenable, Microsoft Security, LogRhythm, Splunk, Kaspersky, Symantec).Report weekly on lead generation activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements Proven experience as SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales in the Saudi cybersecurity/IT security market.Strong understanding of cybersecurity vendors, distributors, and local reseller ecosystem.Excellent communication in English and Arabic.Ability to engage C-level and technical decision-makers.Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred).Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.Ability to work independently in a remote setup. Preferred Qualifications Background in MSSP services, penetration testing, or compliance consulting.Established network of contacts in Saudi enterprises, government, or regulated industries.Knowledge of Saudi cybersecurity compliance frameworks.
