Job Summary:
We are hiring a passionate and target-driven Inside Sales Specialist to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and support the sales cycle. The role demands strong communication skills, lead generation expertise, and the ability to coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through calls, emails, and digital campaigns.

Exceed targets for qualified leads and key performance indicators.

Schedule qualified meetings/demos with pre-sales consultants.

Maintain updated client/prospect databases and CRM records.

Support lead generation and nurturing campaigns across defined markets.

Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions & services.

Research industry trends, competition, and target accounts.

Build strong client relationships with senior-level stakeholders.

Experience Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

4–7 years of experience in Inside Sales/Business Development in IT Solutions or Services.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven track record in lead generation for IT services across India, APAC, ME, and US.

Excellent verbal/written communication and client engagement skills.

Experience in cold calling, database building, and content-driven campaigns.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication channels.

Highly adaptable, motivated, and target-oriented professional.
