About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Chef & Kitchen Manager to lead operations for a newly launched cloud kitchen. The ideal candidate will have strong culinary expertise combined with proven experience in managing kitchen operations, staff, and overall food quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute menus in line with business needs and customer preferences.
Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely food preparation.
Supervise kitchen staff, train team members, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Monitor food inventory, procurement, and cost control to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
Implement kitchen SOPs and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support in building and growing the brand through innovative food offerings and excellent service.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef and/or Kitchen Manager (cloud kitchen experience is an advantage).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of diverse cuisines and ability to create innovative menu items.
Excellent understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management.
Preferred nationalities: Indian or Asian (except Pakistani).
