Job Title: Barista

Role Summary
The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while delivering excellent customer service. This role contributes to creating a warm, welcoming environment aligned with the café’s values of wellness and community.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages to café standards.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
Assist in food preparation such as sandwiches, bowls, and baked goods.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of café workstations, counters, and seating areas.
Handle cash/UPI transactions and issue bills accurately.
Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and report shortages.
Provide friendly and professional customer service, answering menu-related queries.
Follow café recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
Support café promotions, special events, and community activities.
Experience Requirements:
Skills & Requirements
3–5 years of experience as a Barista or in food & beverage service (training can be provided).
Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and beverage preparation preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Good hygiene practices and grooming standards.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
