Role Summary
We are looking for a creative and skilled Chef with expertise in plating and presentation. The ideal candidate will prepare delicious dishes while ensuring high standards of aesthetics, consistency, and quality in every plate served.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items including breakfast bowls, sandwiches, baked goods, and café specials.
Deliver visually appealing and Instagram-worthy plating for all dishes.
Collaborate with management to design and refine menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with FSSAI guidelines.
Monitor portion sizes, taste, and presentation for consistency.
Train kitchen staff in plating techniques and presentation standards.
Manage inventory, storage, and minimize food wastage.
Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure timely and high-quality service.
Experience Requirements:
Skills & Requirements
3–5 years of proven experience as a Chef (preferably in cafés, bistros, or fine-dining).
Strong knowledge of plating, garnishing, and presentation techniques.
Creativity in designing modern, attractive food presentations.
Good understanding of international café-style cuisines.
Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
