Job Title: Front Office Admin
Department: Café and Yoga Studio
Role Summary
The Front Office Admin will be the first point of contact for visitors, yoga students, and café customers. This role requires a friendly, organized, and proactive individual who can handle reception duties, customer inquiries, maintain records, and support smooth day-to-day operations of the studio and café.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, yoga students, and café guests with professionalism and warmth.
Manage phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries.
Maintain student registrations, memberships, and attendance records.
Support café team with billing, reservations, and POS operations.
Manage schedules and bookings for yoga classes, workshops, and events.
Coordinate with instructors, staff, and management for smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the reception/front desk area.
Keep records of petty cash, invoices, and assist in basic accounting tasks.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and reporting.
Experience Requirements:
Skills & Requirements
3–5 years of experience in administration, reception, or customer service.
Strong communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi and Kannada preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite and familiarity with POS/booking software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional grooming with a welcoming personality.
Ability to manage customer queries calmly and efficiently.
