Position Summary
We are hiring a Bakery Chef who specializes in preparing breads, pastries, desserts, and confectioneries. The candidate must be creative and skilled in modern as well as traditional bakery techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare a wide variety of baked goods including breads, cakes, pastries, and desserts.
Develop new recipes and seasonal specials.
Ensure proper baking techniques and consistency in taste.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery section.
Monitor ingredient quality, stock, and storage.
Work closely with the Executive Chef for menu planning.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in bakery and confectionery.
Knowledge of baking techniques, desserts, and cake decoration.
