Position Summary
We are looking for a talented Line Chef to support our kitchen team in preparing high-quality dishes. The candidate will be responsible for cooking and plating food as per the menu and maintaining hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to set recipes.
Ensure proper portion control and timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
Support senior chefs in kitchen operations.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Line Chef/Commis Chef.
Strong knowledge of Indian and/or Continental cuisine.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and passion for food presentation.
