Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in menu planning, kitchen management, and team leadership while ensuring consistency, quality, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
Develop and update menus with a focus on quality, variety, and cost control.
Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor relations.
Monitor food costs and implement measures for profitability.
Maintain high standards of presentation and taste.
 
Experience Requirements:

Requirements

Minimum 5–7 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years as an Executive/Sous Chef.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of multi-cuisine dishes (Indian & Continental preferred).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency.
