Video Production Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute video production projects across short-form (social media reels, ads) and long-form (corporate films, interviews, branded content).

Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize ideas, develop scripts, and ensure high-quality visual storytelling.

Oversee pre-production activities including shot lists, scheduling, and coordination with talent and crew.

Manage on-ground execution of shoots, ensuring adherence to timelines and creative vision.

Work closely with videographers, editors, designers, and motion graphics artists to deliver polished final outputs.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.

Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and approvals.

Troubleshoot production challenges quickly to maintain efficiency and quality.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in video production, preferably in a media or content agency role.

Proven ability to manage both short-form and long-form content projects from ideation to delivery.

Strong skills in scripting, shot framing, and visual storytelling.

Experience coordinating with videographers, editors, and designers.

Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and strong understanding of video production workflows.
