Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Legal Associate with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to handle complex legal, regulatory, and corporate matters. The role involves litigation, dispute resolution, and providing advisory support on transactions, corporate restructuring, and compliance with multiple regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and other quasi-judicial and regulatory authorities, with a focus on the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT).
Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financial transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Lead and manage litigation and dispute resolution proceedings, minimizing legal risks and safeguarding client interests.
Draft, vet, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Provide advisory services on matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), including resolution processes and asset recovery.
Perform in-depth legal research and interpretation of statutes such as the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, IRDAI guidelines, and other applicable laws.
Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to address regulatory issues, compliance matters, and legal investigations.
Support negotiations, investor communications, and the legal aspects of corporate structuring.
