Role Overview
We are hiring a dynamic sales leader to head our cross-border sales of Dubai properties from India. The leader will manage a 10-member sales team, drive aggressive sales targets, build a strong pipeline of Indian investors, and represent the company at major sales events and roadshows. The role demands both strategic discipline and innovative thinking to maximize growth.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage 10 agents, ensuring weekly and monthly targets are consistently met. Conduct performance reviews and lead training sessions.
Sales Execution: Develop strategies to penetrate Indian HNI, NRI, and retail investor markets. Lead investor roadshows, property exhibitions, and corporate presentations.
Lead Generation: Build a multi-channel funnel—traditional brokers, developer tie-ups, digital marketing, WhatsApp funnels, and referral programs. Experiment with creative lead-sourcing methods including expat networks and HNI clubs.
Sales Content & Reporting: Create or direct impactful presentations, sales decks, and pitches. Maintain accurate CRM data, and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.
Coordination: Liaise with Dubai developer partners for inventory updates, client visits, and structuring of deals. Ensure compliance with India–Dubai property regulations.
Performance Milestones
Weekly: Minimum 10 new qualified leads per agent, 5 client meetings per agent, and 1 strategy session led by the Team Leader.
Monthly: Achieve closure ratio of 15–20% of active leads, organize at least 1 major sales event/roadshow, and submit a full performance report.
Quarterly: Deliver overall sales target and close 2+ marquee HNI/institutional deals.
Requirements
Experience: 5–7 years in real estate sales with proven track record. Dubai real estate sales experience preferred. Prior team management experience essential.
Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and CRM tools. Ability to design or oversee impactful sales content.
Attributes: Entrepreneurial, target-driven, fluent in English & Hindi (Arabic a plus), willing to travel across India and Dubai.
