Location: Mine Sites / Industrial Projects
Number of Positions: 5
Salary: USD 12,000–18,000 per annum
Job Requirements:
Education & Professional Background:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Heavy Equipment Maintenance
Relevant professional training or certifications (minimum Level 2 – Heavy Equipment Mechanic)
Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance
Experience on international mining projects or with OEM-authorized service teams is an advantage
Technical Skills:
Diagnose engine, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems
Plan, document, and record maintenance and spare parts usage
Read and interpret equipment manuals and schematics
Language Skills:
High-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
Ability to provide clear training and instructions to local staff
Personal Skills:
Ability to work independently and lead a team
Responsible, hardworking, and open communicator
Physically and mentally prepared for challenging underground mining conditions
Experience Requirements:
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work on a roster basis at mine sites
Physically and psychologically fit for continuous work in harsh conditions
Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards
Qualifications:
Specialized training or certification on SANY, Manitou, and Atlas Copco equipment (preferred)
Experience developing maintenance plans and writing technical reports
Available to work in shifts
