Job Purpose
The Sr. Manager – General IT will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day IT support, managing system hardware and peripherals, resolving network and server-related issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization. The role involves vendor coordination, AMC management, documentation, and providing first-line support for business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily support for system hardware, peripherals, and end-user IT needs.
Manage and troubleshoot basic network and Wi-Fi issues.
Deliver first-line support for CCTV, IP-PBX, and LMS servers.
Coordinate with vendors and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
Provide support for domain servers, Active Directory, and AAA servers.
Maintain documentation and proper logging of IT-related issues and resolutions.
Experience Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in IT/Computer Science; relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, etc.) preferred.
8–12 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
Hands-on experience with system hardware, networks, servers, and end-user support.
Exposure to handling vendor coordination, AMC, and IT operations management.
Skills & Competencies
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of server management, networking, and IT infrastructure.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure smooth IT operations.
