Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives and targets across adhesives, packaging, and PSA tapes.
Identify, acquire, and grow new customers while strengthening relationships with existing ones.
Analyze customer requirements and propose solutions that meet technical and business needs.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging products to maintain a competitive edge.
Travel extensively across India to expand customer base and business opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Tech / M.Sc. in Polymer Science preferred).
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales/marketing of chemicals, polymers, or related products within adhesives, PSA, or packaging industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and goal-driven.
