Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to attract and engage HNWI/UHNWI clients for exclusive company formation services.
Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets through qualified lead generation and client conversions.
Identify new business opportunities, nurture relationships with affluent clients and their representatives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to anticipate trends and adjust strategies.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes for transparent sales tracking.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of proven business development or sales experience targeting HNWI/UHNWI clients (UAE/MENA region preferred).
Track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets in competitive, high-value markets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage elite clients and understand their needs.
Self-motivated, strategic, and results-oriented.
Knowledge of UAE’s legal and financial landscape, particularly in company formation, is a strong advantage.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
