Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in packaging / printing industry sales. The role demands a proactive hunter and closer who can acquire large accounts, build CXO-level relationships, and consistently deliver multi-crore revenues. The ideal candidate should have deep industry knowledge, an established client base, and access to key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities

Acquire and expand large B2B accounts across target industries (Jewelry, Cosmetics, Apparel, Consumer Electronics, FMCG, Exports).

Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiations, closures, and long-term account development.

Build strong relationships with Founders, Directors, VP Marketing, and Purchase Heads.

Collaborate with internal teams (NPD, design, operations, production) to align packaging solutions with client requirements.

Consistently achieve sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).

Represent the organization at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and competitor insights to management.
Experience Requirements:
Required Criteria (Must-Have)
Minimum 5 years’ proven sales experience in the Packaging / Printing industry.
Prior experience selling rigid boxes, cartons, or premium packaging solutions.
Strong network and access to decision-makers in at least one key industry segment.
Demonstrated ability to close large-value accounts (₹1 Cr+ annual business).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Based in Bangalore or open to relocation.
Willingness to travel (domestic & international, as needed).
Preferred Criteria (Nice-to-Have)
Experience handling export packaging clients (US, UK, UAE, Singapore).
Exposure to luxury packaging segments (jewelry, cosmetics, apparel).
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
Prior experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
Compensation
Up to ₹12 LPA (based on experience) + attractive performance incentives
