Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-standard panel beating and vehicle repair work.

  • Ensure first-time repair accuracy to maximize customer satisfaction.

  • Assess vehicle damage and prepare vehicles for repair.

  • Remove and refit damaged panels, trims, and interior components.

  • Repair dents, holes, and corrosion on vehicle bodywork.

  • Record materials used and time spent per job accurately.

  • Report any additional repairs not in the initial estimate.

  • Collaborate effectively with workshop team members.

Skills:

  • Panel replacement, dent removal, jig work, welding, and body alignment.

  • Proficiency with repair tools and equipment (MIG welders, spot welders, jigs).

  • Ability to restore structural integrity and cosmetic finish.

  • Strip and refit panels, trims, lights, and minor components.
