Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all workshop work meets the highest quality standards.

  • Complete repairs correctly the first time to maximize customer satisfaction and efficiency.

  • Prepare and paint vehicle areas, ensuring accurate colour matching.

  • Maximize profit from all repair jobs following company policy.

  • Follow company procedures and targets while adhering to safety standards.

  • Report any additional defects not included in the original estimate to supervisors.

  • Accurately record materials used and time spent per vehicle.

  • Strip and refit panels, trims, lights, and minor components as part of the refinishing process.

  • Smart repairs, panel-by-panel spraying, and full resprays.

  • Operating and maintaining spray guns, booths, and drying equipment.
