Primary Responsibilities :

Job Description – Executive Fintech Associate (Investments & Operations)

Location: Kharadi, Pune
Compensation: ₹5.4 – 6.6 LPA (approx. ₹50,000/month)
Experience: 2–4 years in PE/VC, IB, startup operations, or investor relations
Education: MBA/Finance PG preferred

Role Overview

Work closely with the CEO on investment workflows, investor relations, deal evaluation, funding coordination, and DAO operations. Blend finance expertise with execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist CEO with action trackers, meetings, and follow-ups.

  • Manage investor pipeline, data rooms, CRM, and communications.

  • Prepare investment memos, models, and market research.

  • Support funding, diligence, and transaction processes.

  • Manage DAO governance, proposals, and tokenholder communications.

  • Prepare weekly dashboards, board/LP reports, and analytics.

  • Maintain compliance documentation and SOPs.

  • Coordinate across legal, finance, product, and external stakeholders.


Experience Requirements:

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong financial modeling & analysis (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • PE/VC knowledge (cap tables, IRR/MoIC, term sheets).

  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management.

  • Familiarity with DAO/Web3 concepts.

Preferred: CRMs, Notion, SQL/no-code analytics, cap table tools, governance platforms.
