Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Head / President Director to lead overall operations, strategy, and business growth in the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing business strategy, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and driving performance in both Indian and Indonesian markets.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the company’s strategic direction and oversee end-to-end operations including importation, regulatory approvals, marketing, and distribution of pharmaceutical products (FDFs).

Regularly collaborate and report to the Board of Directors, supporting high-level decision-making.

Develop and execute technology transfer strategies and oversee future manufacturing setups for commercial products.

Ensure compliance with Indonesian pharmaceutical laws and BPOM regulations.

Build and manage relationships with KOLs, distributors, hospitals, and government authorities.

Monitor P&L and ensure adherence to performance-based profit-sharing mechanisms.

Track, evaluate, and report on key milestones and KPIs.
Experience Requirements

15–20 years of proven leadership experience in a renowned pharmaceutical company.

Strong exposure to Indian and/or Indonesian pharmaceutical markets.

In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian pharmaceutical industry preferred.
Education

Graduate / Postgraduate in relevant discipline (Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Business Management preferred).

Special certifications in pharmaceutical regulations or leadership programs will be an added advantage.
