Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cybersecurity Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth by delivering advanced cybersecurity solutions and services. This role focuses on building trusted client relationships, expanding market presence, and ensuring long-term customer success within the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in penetration testing, cybersecurity compliance (ISO 27001, NCA ECC, CST), vulnerability management, and secure web development.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle – from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and post-sales account management.

  • Conduct consultative meetings to understand client requirements and deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with SMB and enterprise clients across Saudi Arabia.

  • Collaborate with technical teams for scoping, proposals, and seamless project handover.

  • Work with cybersecurity vendors and distributors to strengthen partnerships and expand solution offerings.

  • Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and quotations to executives and decision-makers.

  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline in the CRM and provide accurate forecasts.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.


Experience Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred).

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 1 year in cybersecurity or IT services.

  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi cybersecurity market, including vendors, distributors, and channels.

  • Understanding of cybersecurity solutions, penetration testing, secure web development, and compliance frameworks (ISO, NCA, SOC 2, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven record of achieving sales targets in competitive markets.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
