Job Purpose:

The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. This role involves working with multiple cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and modern containerization technologies to support business and technical teams in delivering cloud-native solutions.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy cloud infrastructure solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipeline systems for continuous integration and deployment

  • Configure and optimize virtual private clouds (VPCs) and cloud services including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS

  • Deploy, manage, and monitor containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes

  • Apply networking principles and technologies such as DNS, Load Balancers, and Reverse Proxies

  • Ensure system availability through High Availability and Disaster Recovery configurations

  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth project implementation

  • Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and best practices

  • Support business teams by delivering secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud solutions

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cloud computing

  • Experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks

  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

  • Proficiency in configuring cloud networking components

  • Strong understanding of cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)

  • Knowledge of HA and DR concepts and practices

  • Practical experience implementing core infrastructure and cloud-based services for internal or external users

Certifications (Preferred):

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect

  • Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
