Job Purpose:

The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Chairman and family members. This includes managing schedules, travel arrangements, appointments, meetings, and maintaining confidentiality while ensuring smooth daily operations of both office and household matters.

Education Requirements:

  • Graduation: Required, preferably in any management course

  • Post-Graduation: Not mandatory

  • Special Course: Any relevant management course is an advantage


Detailed Work Responsibilities:

  • Manage the personal and professional schedules of the Chairman and family members

  • Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and handling visas

  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and daily itineraries

  • Handle confidential documents and information with discretion

  • Act as a liaison between the Chairman’s office and external stakeholders or visitors

  • Manage communication, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Assist with household and personal errands as needed

  • Ensure timely follow-up on all delegated tasks and priorities
