Role Overview

The Chef will be responsible for leading the development and preparation of authentic Indian cuisine. In the initial phase, the role will focus on assisting with menu testing, as operations for the new restaurant are still in the setup stage. This position requires both culinary expertise and the ability to manage kitchen operations in the future.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with menu testing and recipe development.

  • Ensure authentic flavors and high-quality preparation of Indian dishes.

  • Work closely with management during the pre-opening phase to establish kitchen workflows.

  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.

  • Support in building and training the kitchen team for future operations.
