Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in the outdoor and mall advertising sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and a deep understanding of advertising solutions.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development
Identify and pursue potential clients in the outdoor and mall advertising space.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business opportunities.
Create and present persuasive proposals and sales pitches.
Lead contract negotiations and close deals to meet targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Understand client needs and deliver customized advertising solutions.
Ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and communication.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution
Design and implement sales strategies aligned with company revenue goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to enhance sales performance.
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns.
4. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities.
Use insights to guide sales strategies and target high-potential clients.
5. Team Collaboration & Support
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) to ensure successful execution.
Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative work culture.
6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Track and report sales performance to senior management.
Monitor key metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience: 4–6 years in business development, preferably in outdoor/mall advertising.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Skills Required:
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Strong relationship-building and communication abilities
Strategic mindset with a focus on targets
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
