Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and client-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This role is key to enhancing client satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.

  • Understanding Client Needs:
    Conduct meetings to gather client requirements and provide tailored solutions.

  • Service Coordination:
    Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

  • Issue Resolution:
    Handle client complaints or concerns effectively and ensure quick resolution.

  • Reporting & Documentation:
    Maintain records of client interactions and prepare periodic reports on service performance.

  • Client Onboarding:
    Guide new clients through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth start.

  • Upselling & Cross-Selling:
    Identify opportunities to offer additional products/services to existing clients.

  • Feedback & Improvement:
    Gather client feedback and collaborate with teams to improve service quality.

  • Market Knowledge:
    Stay updated on industry trends to provide relevant insights to clients.

  • Compliance:
    Ensure all activities follow internal policies and maintain client confidentiality.

  • Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams for cohesive client support.

  • Performance Tracking:
    Monitor key metrics related to client satisfaction and present regular updates.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

  • Prior experience in client servicing/customer support is a plus

  • Freshers with a strong interest in client management are welcome

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Presentable, with a professional and positive demeanor
