Role Summary:

Looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to lead EOT crane projects from concept to commissioning. The candidate should be capable of handling cross-departmental coordination, maintaining timelines and budgets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle project execution, including engineering, production, erection, and handover

Coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations

Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site or manufacturing challenges

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource usage

Communicate directly with clients regarding project status and deliverables

Ensure adherence to internal and client quality standards

Manage risks and implement mitigation plans proactively

Prepare project documentation, reports, and evaluation summaries

Recommend process improvements for greater efficiency and output

Experience Requirements:

Key Skills & Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in EOT cranes or similar industry
Strong technical understanding and leadership skills
Knowledge of project management tools and ERP systems
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
PMP/Six Sigma/PRINCE2 certification preferred
Willing to travel for site coordination
