Job Overview:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Estate Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of a 35-acre farm property located near Lonavala in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a background in agricultural or estate operations, and be capable of handling staff supervision, property upkeep, vendor and budget management, and overall estate administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate a team of estate staff including gardeners, maintenance workers, security, and other support staff

• Ensure regular maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of the estate and all infrastructure

• Manage daily operations and promptly address any issues related to property, utilities, and machinery

• Oversee vendor relationships, service contracts, purchases, and budgeting

• Maintain stock and inventory of supplies related to farming, equipment, and maintenance

• Report regularly to the property owners or authorized personnel regarding progress, issues, and requirements

• Ensure discipline, timely attendance, and efficient performance by on-site teams

• Ability to give clear instructions in Marathi to the staff
