Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong MEP design expertise to lead technical teams and manage delivery for US-based projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain knowledge, team leadership skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality engineering solutions with efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities

Liaise with US-based stakeholders to understand project scope and establish delivery timelines

Support team leads and engineering staff in understanding and meeting technical requirements

Ensure rigorous technical review and approval processes for all project deliverables

Provide regular feedback and performance coaching to engineering staff

Design and implement learning and development plans for technical upskilling

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to achieve their technical growth goals

Stay updated with the latest industry standards and legislative changes in MEP design

Lead recruitment and selection of technical engineering talent
Experience Requirements:
Requirements
8–10 years of core technical experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) design
Minimum 3–4 years of on-ground work experience in the US on MEP projects
Strong knowledge of MEP deliverables at both preliminary and detailed design stages
Proven ability to evaluate staff competence and create tailored development roadmaps
Exceptional communication and team leadership skills
Experience managing large technical teams
