Role Overview:
A senior leadership position overseeing a pulp and paper manufacturing facility. Responsible for full operations including production, maintenance, quality, compliance, and team management. Ensures optimal efficiency, cost control, and environmental compliance while meeting tonnage and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end production management targeting 45–50 TPD.

Supervision of raw material sourcing, treatment, and converting processes.

Oversight of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and environmental regulations.

Preventive and predictive maintenance management.

Quality assurance and customer complaint resolution.

Budgeting, cost control, and KPI tracking.

People leadership, team development, and industrial relations.
-
Continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, TPM).

Strategic collaboration with cross-functional and external stakeholders.
Experience Requirements:
Key Competencies:
Deep knowledge of papermaking processes and equipment.
Strong leadership and change management skills.
Budgeting, inventory, and project management expertise.
Regulatory compliance and safety leadership.
Data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Paper Tech/Mech/Chem/Industrial Engineering.
10–15 years of industry experience, 5+ in leadership.
Desirable: MBA, Six Sigma, NEBOSH, or Lean certifications.
