Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage all technology operations and infrastructure. This role requires hands-on expertise in systems administration, ERP management, cybersecurity, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will align IT strategies with business goals and ensure optimal system performance and security.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Strategy & Planning

Define and implement IT strategies in alignment with business goals.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements.
Systems & Network Management

Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, hardware, software, and networks.

Ensure high uptime and performance across all IT systems.
ERP & Business Applications

Manage and maintain ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or custom ERP).

Coordinate with vendors for ERP support and upgrades.
Cybersecurity

Enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect systems and data.

Monitor for threats and respond to incidents effectively.
IT Support & Troubleshooting

Lead the IT support team to resolve issues efficiently.

Train and assist internal users across departments.
Vendor & Budget Management

Handle vendor relationships and IT procurement.

Manage IT budgets with cost-effective planning.
Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with data protection laws and internal IT policies.

Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT assets, configurations, and SOPs.
Experience Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: 7–10 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
Industry Exposure: Experience in retail, manufacturing, or luxury sectors is a plus.
