Job Overview
An exciting opportunity for an experienced and versatile Head Chef to lead and manage a multi-cuisine kitchen. This hands-on role involves both managing the team and actively participating in cooking across North Indian, Tandoor, Chinese, Shawarma, Grills, and fast-food categories. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic setup and is passionate about delivering quality food while ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook diverse dishes as per menu standards with consistent quality and taste.

Take charge of all kitchen sections: Tandoor, Shawarma, Grills, Curries, Rice/Biryani, Momos, Maggi, Burgers, and Sandwiches.

Oversee daily kitchen operations including food prep, inventory control, and hygiene management.

Train, manage, and support kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination during service.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen organization.

Monitor stock, reduce wastage, and manage timely procurement of supplies.

Contribute to menu development and process improvements.

Flexibly support other operational tasks beyond the scope of the job description when required.
Key Requirements

8–10 years of hands-on experience in multi-cuisine restaurants.

Expertise in North Indian, Tandoor, Shawarma, Grills, and fast-food styles.

Proven ability to lead a kitchen team and manage operations independently.

Strong practical knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.

Energetic and proactive mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications
