Product Development Manager – Wiring Harness

Summary:
Hands-on professional with experience in product lifecycle development of wiring harnesses, CAD drawing, process validation, and lean production support.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze drawings and create CAD designs
-
Develop prototypes and process flows
-
Validate crimping processes and perform SPC studies
-
Maintain process documents: PFMEA, PFD, PPAP, APQP, etc.
-
Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives
-
Conduct audits, manage complaints via 8D, root cause analysis
-
Mentor and lead development team
Experience Requirements:
Qualifications:
BE in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial
5+ years in wiring harness/product development
Proficient in CAD, SAP, quality systems
Strong documentation, problem-solving, and leadership skills
