Job Title: Sourcing and Vendor Development Manager

Location: Coimbatore

Summary:
Seeking a strategic sourcing expert from the wiring harness industry with hands-on experience in electrical/electronic components, cost optimization, and vendor development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret electrical/electronics drawings to create BOMs

  • Ensure cost-effective, compliant material selection

  • Build strong domestic and international supplier networks

  • Develop pricing strategies and cost estimation

  • Negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive terms

  • Lead a team, ensure sourcing aligns with timelines

  • Maintain vendor documentation and approvals

Experience Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • BE in EEE or ECE

  • Min. 5 years in component manufacturing

  • Strong understanding of sourcing, cost analysis, and electrical components

  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, BOMs

  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil

  • Leadership and team-handling experience
