Position Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization. The CFO ensures financial health through effective management of accounting, treasury, planning, tax, compliance, and risk. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping business strategy, supporting growth initiatives, optimizing financial resources, and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5–7 years in senior leadership

Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or related industry is preferred

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals

Supervise daily accounting, financial reporting, and operational finance processes
Monitor financial performance, KPIs, and reporting accuracy
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Ensure effective cash flow and working capital management
Compliance, Tax & Audit
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Manage statutory filings, tax returns, audits, and financial disclosures
Liaise with consultants and auditors to meet regulatory obligations
Treasury & Banking
Manage banking relationships, loan negotiations, and treasury functions
Optimize liquidity, currency hedging, interest management, and banking costs
Risk Management & Controls
Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks
Ensure strong internal controls and crisis readiness
Oversee insurance, financial claims, and loss prevention strategies
Team & People Leadership
Lead, mentor, and build capabilities within the finance team
Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and performance
Drive cross-functional collaboration for financial excellence
Financial Optimization
