Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Assistant Manager – Sales with a strong background in air export freight forwarding. The role involves developing new business, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for air export services in the Delhi region.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow air export business in the region.

Drive new customer acquisition and upsell/cross-sell to existing clients.

Meet monthly and quarterly gross profit targets.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.

Use VIEW CRM to manage sales pipeline and forecasting.

Participate in weekly/monthly reviews with leadership.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, specifically in air exports.
Knowledge of export/import documentation and process.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred.
Proficient in MS Office tools and CRM usage.
Language: English, Hindi, and local language.
